I’ve been coming to this dealership for many years first with my Summit and now my Summit Reserve. It was a nightmare. Appointments would take months and weeks later nothing was fixed.Autostar recently purchased the dealership and from what I can tell so far it’s a huge improvement!Hours before going out of town my Jeep would not start. I left the keys inside and called the dealership. While I was gone Karen got it towed out of my garage and into the dealership. While I was gone she kept me updated on what was happening. I just got back and everything is good to go!Karen did an outstanding job! What a huge improvement for this dealership!
