George (service writer) and Brian (service mechanic) at AutoStar Jeep in Silverthorne really impressed me by going above and beyond!! I wanted to upgrade my 2021Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with a lift kit and chose the Mopar 2” lift kit to make sure everything was compatible with my Wrangler. George was patient with all my questions and concerns and validated the answers. George also worked hard to find a workable install date that met my schedule.Once in the shop I asked if I could meet with the mechanic to ask a few more technical questions. He introduced me to Brian, the mechanic, and I quickly realized that my Rubicon was in very capable hands. Brian described the process and explained why they performed the work in certain ways to make sure it kept its “road manners”. Both Brian and George kept me updated during the install since I waited there at the dealership. Also, several staff members checked on me during the day to see if I needed anything while I waited. Priscilla especially took the time to ask about my Jeep and how I liked it.Honestly I was reluctant to have this work done at a dealership due to all the horror stories, but I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience at this AutoStar Jeep dealership. I was so impressed that I brought it back two weeks later for other service work! AutoStar Jeep stands out as a dealership that does great work and stands behind their promises! FYI, the lift works fantastic!
